About

Hannah Zell, MA, LPCC

Masters in Counseling Psychology, Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor

I offer thoughtful, client-centred therapy grounded in compassion, genuineness, and respect for each person's individual experience.

My primary therapeutic approach is Internal Family Systems (IFS), in which I have completed Level 3 training through the IFS Institute. [Short introduction to IFS] My work is also informed by my education in Depth Psychotherapy. I hold a Masterโ€™s degree in Counseling Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute in California. In addition, I have pursued advanced training in attachment healing, family therapy, and the Trauma Resiliency Model. Together, these approaches shape my integrative and compassionate way of working, tailored to each client and their unique needs.

As an American expat living in Amsterdam and a mother of two boys, I also bring my personal experience of the opportunities, complexities, and challenges that can accompany creating a life abroad. This personal perspective allows me to bring particular understanding to those navigating the unique experience of life abroad.
